How we approach banking: You keep your bank. You approve every payment; we never hold standing authority to move money out of your bank accounts. We tell you how we're paid: 0.25% on high-yield savings, an annual fee for the Executive Office, and nothing from any loan. Why it matters: The national average savings rate is 0.38% (FDIC, October 2026). On $100,000, that is about $380 a year. At 3.56% APY, the same balance earns about $3,560. Common questions Is T. Mann Financial a bank or a lender? No. We are an investment adviser. Savings accounts are provided through unaffiliated cash platforms and held at FDIC-insured program banks, loans are made by unaffiliated lenders, and bill payments go through a third-party bill payment platform from your own bank account. Do I have to move my checking account? No. Keep your checking account where it is. Our services link to it. How are you paid for banking services? High-yield savings carries an advisory fee of 0.25% a year, taken from the interest, and the rate we quote is already after that fee. The Executive Office has an annual fee. We receive no compensation from lenders. Credit reviews are part of your financial plan. Can you move money out of my accounts? No. For bill administration, you approve each payment yourself before it is sent, and we have no authority to withdraw your funds. Will a loan review affect my credit? Reviewing your situation with us does not. A lender may check your credit when you apply, and we'll tell you before that happens. Who can use these services? Our banking services are for T. Mann Financial clients. High-yield savings has no asset minimum. If you are new to us, start with a complimentary consultation. Mann Financial's 0.25% advisory fee, as of September 22, 2026. Rates are variable, differ by platform and can change at any time. The national average savings rate of 0.38% is the FDIC national rate for savings deposits, October 2026. High-yield cash accounts are offered through unaffiliated third-party cash platforms, currently Fispoke and Flourish. Neither platform is a bank. Deposits are placed at FDIC-insured program banks and are eligible for FDIC insurance up to $250,000 per depositor, per insured bank, for each ownership category. Deposits you already hold at a program bank count toward that limit. FDIC insurance does not protect against the failure of the platform itself. Cash deposits are not protected by SIPC. Because we earn a 0.25% fee on cash in the program and nothing on cash held elsewhere, we have a conflict of interest in recommending it. See our Form ADV Part 2A, Items 4, 5 and 14. Advisory services are offered through Todd Mann Financial Services Inc, an investment adviser registered with the State of Oregon. Registration does not imply a certain level of skill or training. Loans are made by unaffiliated lenders and are subject to credit approval. T. Mann Financial is not a lender or mortgage broker and receives no compensation from lenders. Credit and identity protection services do not guarantee that fraud or identity theft will not occur.
