Earn 3.56% APY on Your Savings, with $10 Million+ in FDIC Coverage Put the cash you keep for emergencies and near-term goals to work. Your T. Mann Financial HYSA spreads your deposits across a network of FDIC-insured banks, and T. Mann Financial opens and monitors the account with you as part of your plan. Current rate: 3.56% APY as of September 22, 2026, variable, compounded daily. Extended FDIC coverage of $10 million or more per account. Daily liquidity with no lock-ups or penalties. No minimum balance. No-fee ACH transfers. One account, 40+ banks of FDIC protection: FDIC insurance covers up to $250,000 per depositor, per bank, for each ownership category. Your HYSA places your deposits across a network of FDIC-insured program banks, so one account can carry $10 million or more of coverage. You get one login, one statement and one rate instead of opening and tracking accounts at dozens of banks. Coverage counts money you already hold at a program bank, and you can exclude a bank where you already keep deposits. What the rate difference adds up to: The national average savings rate is 0.38%. Over five years, $100,000 would earn about $19,113 in interest at 3.56% APY, compared with about $1,914 at 0.38% (hypothetical; assumes a constant rate, annual compounding, no withdrawals and no taxes). How to open an account 1. Book a plan progress meeting. We review how much cash you need on hand and how much belongs in savings, and confirm the account type that fits how you own the money. 2. Sign a one-page addendum. It adds high-yield savings to your existing advisory agreement. Nothing is charged until you sign. 3. Open and fund online. We open the account together and link it to your bank. You get your own login and statements, and we monitor balances and coverage as part of your plan. When high-yield savings makes sense: an emergency fund; near-term goals such as a home down payment, car, tuition or remodel; proceeds from selling a home or business; and large cash balances well above $250,000, insured in a single account. Money you won't need for five years or more usually belongs in your portfolio. Things to know first: The rate is variable and can fall. Your money is available any day with no lock-ups or penalties, but ACH transfers to your bank usually take one to two business days. Coverage of $10 million or more depends on account ownership and the program banks available, and is confirmed when you open the account. The platform isn't a bank; FDIC insurance covers the program banks and depends on accurate ownership records. Cash deposits are not SIPC protected. Over long periods, cash usually grows more slowly than a diversified portfolio. Treasury bills, CDs and money market funds at Schwab may fit some needs. We have a conflict of interest because we earn a fee on cash in this program and nothing on cash held elsewhere. Common questions Who can open an account? High-yield savings is available to T. Mann Financial advisory clients, with no minimum from us. The platform we use depends on how the account is owned: individual, joint, trust or business. Irrevocable trusts are not currently eligible. New to T. Mann Financial? Book a complimentary consultation. What does it cost? Our advisory fee is 0.25% a year, taken from the interest before it is credited, so the APY you see is already after our fee. It can never be more than the interest your account earns. Which banks hold my money? Your deposits are placed at FDIC-insured banks in a national deposit network. You can see the list of network banks at nbid.com/bank-list at any time. How do I add or withdraw money? Move money between your linked bank account and your savings account online, with no ACH transfer fees and no penalties. Withdrawals usually reach your bank in one to two business days. Will I get statements? Yes. You receive statements directly from the platform and can log in at any time. We also review your balances with you at plan meetings. I'm already a client. Do I need a new agreement? No. You sign a one-page addendum to your existing advisory agreement. Book a plan progress meeting and we'll take care of it together. Can I stop at any time? Yes. You can end cash management by written notice, including email, and no fee accrues after that date. You can keep or close the account directly with the platform. Existing clients, book a plan progress meeting: https://calendly.com/tmannfinancial/1-hour New to T. Mann Financial? Disclosures: Extended FDIC coverage of $10,000,000 or more per account depends on the platform, account ownership and the number of program banks available, and may change. For accounts powered by Fispoke Inc., aggregate insurance is provided through network financial institutions; a list of National Bank InterDeposit Company (NBID) network banks is at nbid.com/bank-list. NBID and ModernFi are not FDIC-insured banks, and deposit insurance covers the failure of an insured bank. Certain conditions must be satisfied for pass-through FDIC deposit insurance coverage to apply. APY is the annual percentage yield after T. Mann Financial's 0.25% advisory fee, as of September 22, 2026. Rates are variable, differ by platform and can change at any time. The national average savings rate of 0.38% is the FDIC national rate for savings deposits, October 2026. High-yield cash accounts are offered through unaffiliated third-party cash platforms, currently Fispoke and Flourish. Neither platform is a bank. Deposits are placed at FDIC-insured program banks and are eligible for FDIC insurance up to $250,000 per depositor, per insured bank, for each ownership category. Deposits you already hold at a program bank count toward that limit. FDIC insurance does not protect against the failure of the platform itself. Cash deposits are not protected by SIPC. Because we earn a 0.25% fee on cash in the program and nothing on cash held elsewhere, we have a conflict of interest in recommending it. See our Form ADV Part 2A, Items 4, 5 and 14.
