Executive Office: One Point of Contact for Your Family's Finances The Executive Office coordinates your household's planning, bills, banking, insurance review, documents and estate plan through one relationship, so you have fewer moving pieces to manage yourself. Services in the Executive Office Ongoing financial planning: everything in our Family Plan, with planning meetings throughout the year and no set limit on the number of meetings. Bill administration: we help schedule and track your household bills in a bill payment platform; you approve every payment before it is sent. Banking coordination: cash planning across your accounts, including access to our high-yield savings program, offered under a separate agreement. Portfolio coordination: we coordinate your investment accounts with your plan; investment management is provided and billed separately. Annual insurance review: a yearly review of your life, health, disability, home, auto and umbrella coverage to identify possible gaps. The Family Hub: accounts and documents in one secure place, with asset reports, family access and reminders. Estate planning documents: a revocable or special needs trust, wills, powers of attorney, healthcare directives and a real estate retitling, prepared by unaffiliated attorneys and included in your fee. Your business or nonprofit: one organization you own or lead is included, so its planning, cash and benefits are considered alongside your household. How bill administration works 1. We schedule and track. Your bills are organized in a third-party bill payment platform. We enter due dates and set up payments for your review. 2. You approve each payment under your own login before anything is sent. You can decline or change any payment. 3. It's paid from your own bank account. We never hold standing authority to move your money. The Family Hub: a secure online portal for your family's financial records, which we help you set up and maintain. It includes accounts and documents in one place; asset and titling reports showing how each account and property is owned and titled; family access you control; and life and renewal reminders for policies, registrations, taxes and estate plan reviews. Estate planning documents included: Your household's core estate documents are prepared by unaffiliated, licensed attorneys through an estate planning platform, and the attorney fees for the documents listed are included in your Executive Office fee: a revocable trust or a special needs trust, wills, powers of attorney, healthcare directives and one real estate retitling. T. Mann Financial does not provide legal advice. Who it's for: busy professionals who want help organizing the details while keeping the decisions; business owners whose household and company finances overlap; families caring for a parent; and families with trusts, real estate and several accounts whose titling and records they want reviewed regularly. Common questions What does it cost? One annual fee of $12,000 per household, billed quarterly in advance at $3,000 a quarter. It includes the listed estate planning documents and one business or nonprofit; each additional organization is $1,500 a year. Investment management is billed separately. Does it include investment management? No. We coordinate your investments with your plan, but portfolio management and high-yield savings are billed separately under their own agreements. Can you move money out of my bank account? No. You approve every bill payment yourself, under your own login, before it is sent. We have no authority to withdraw your funds. The bill payment platform's small per-payment fees are paid by you. Who prepares the estate documents? Unaffiliated, licensed attorneys through an estate planning platform. The attorney fees for the included documents are covered by your fee, and we receive no compensation from the platform. We do not provide legal advice. Who counts as my household? You, your spouse or domestic partner, and your dependents, such as children or a parent you support, living in the same home and sharing finances. Adult children who live on their own are not included. I already have a financial plan with you. Does that fee carry over? Yes. If you join within 12 months of signing a planning agreement, the plan fee you paid is credited toward your first year. Can I cancel? Yes, at any time with written notice. You can cancel within five business days of signing for a full refund, and we refund the unearned part of a prepaid quarter. You keep any estate documents already delivered.
